Responsible AI Policy
This policy explains the responsible-use boundaries for AI-generated interview and meeting assistance in Sottos.
Product purpose
Sottos provides real-time answer support, AI-generated response suggestions, and preparation workflows that help candidates and professionals respond under pressure. It is not a guarantee of employment, a substitute for user judgment, or permission to ignore interview, employer, or platform rules.
User control
Suggestions are drafts and cues. Users remain responsible for deciding whether AI assistance is allowed, verifying any suggested answer, and speaking in their own words from their own experience.
Permitted settings
Live coaching is appropriate for interviews, practice sessions, and meetings where AI assistance is permitted by the interviewer, organization, or applicable policy. When permission is unclear, use Sottos for preparation and post-round review.
Misuse
Do not use Sottos for fraud, impersonation, credential misrepresentation, confidentiality breaches, violating third-party assessment rules, or presenting AI-generated work as your own when the applicable rules prohibit assistance.
Accuracy
AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Users should verify technical claims, calculations, citations, and policy-sensitive suggestions before relying on them.
