Terms of Service
These terms govern your access to Sottos — the interview copilot (web app, desktop downloads, and desktop session APIs) and Sottos Apply, the AI job-application assistant — and the billing surface shared by both.
Service
Sottos.ai, the Sottos desktop application, and Sottos Apply are operated by CODENOVA L.L.C-FZ. Sottos provides two related services: an interview copilot (the web app plus a desktop application that structures answers in real time for permitted interview and meeting settings) and Sottos Apply, an AI assistant that finds matched roles, drafts a tailored CV and cover letter, and submits applications on your behalf — each one individually approved by you in hybrid mode, or under your standing authorization when you enable Auto mode. Both are billed through the same account. Your use of these services is conditioned on compliance with these terms and applicable law.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for the security of your account and the lawful use of the product in any interview, meeting, or coding environment. You must verify that AI assistance is permitted before using Sottos live in a third-party interview or assessment. You may not resell access, abuse subscription or testing override features, or attempt to circumvent account-based access controls.
Billing and credits
Sottos is sold as recurring subscription plans and, for Sottos Apply, as application credits. Paid plans renew automatically until canceled through the Stripe Customer Portal. Prices for plans and credit packs are displayed at purchase and all billing is processed by Stripe in USD. Access to paid features is provisioned immediately after checkout, and the desktop application is available at /download. Application credits are consumed as Sottos Apply drafts and submits applications under your chosen mode. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but may preserve access until the current billing period ends. Refund and credit terms are described in the Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.
Access
Desktop access is tied to your signed-in account, subscription state, and active desktop sessions. We may suspend or revoke access for abuse, fraud, security risk, payment failure, or attempts to circumvent access controls.
Acceptable use
You may not use Sottos to commit fraud, violate law, violate third-party interview or assessment rules, misrepresent your qualifications or identity in applications submitted through Sottos Apply, violate the terms of any job board or employer, breach confidentiality obligations, resell access, or abuse the service. Submissions are always under your control: in hybrid mode you review and approve each application before it is submitted, and enabling Auto mode is your standing instruction to submit applications that meet the criteria you configure. In both modes you are responsible for the content of what is sent, and you can pause or disable submission at any time.
